Marek Kaminski, MD

I am offering a medical expertise, combined with the unique ability to critically analyze medical situations, argue in legal terms and to convey medical concepts in non-medical language.

My professional experience includes 25 years of Emergency Medicine practice including 10 years in the Mayo Clinic Health System,  and 20 years in academic medical research and teaching. My main strength is a unique talent for medico-legal analysis of medical records and events.

I applied the above capability as an expert in the successful defense of Secura Insurance in 2004, however, until recently, my employment precluded  further participation in this type of activity.

Over the last 25 years, I was successfully involved in several legal disputes, in which I represented myself or assisted friends who could not afford an attorney.

I also developed the unique capacity to explain medical concepts to my patients, which could be utilized in variety of medico-legal and educational situations.

I would appreciate a chance to demonstrate the aforementioned abilities in the service of your clients.
